Le Tire Bouchon Restaurant — Restaurant in Draguignan

This restaurant was recommended by several people from this area independently from each other. All of them referred to it as to one of the most delicious in the region. I agree. I am coming every year to Agay and stay 2-3 weeks, so I tried almost all eateries around Agay. One of the recent highlights was "half-cooked" tuna tartar, which was excellent (and I know what tune means as I had experience with tuna in Gibraltar and Spain). The family of owners is very friendly. Half if not all of the customers are locals and holiday properties owners from this area, who know each other and the owners. It is located not on the beaten path, 10 minutes drive from of St. Raphaël, what (probably) helped to keep this hidden gem not spoiled...

Le Tire Bouchon in Agay has been the highlight of my trip so far. The food is simply amazing, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. The service was equally impressive: the staff were exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and presented each dish in a friendly, professional manner.
