Beware! Maybe I was unlucky on the day, but my experience was nowhere near great. I walked in and ordered a simple Margherita to take away. The reception was very cold, maybe because I don't speak French unfortunately. After the pizza was made, I was given it with some hesitation. They might have known something already. Once I arrived home and opened it, the pizza looked deeply charred, which is ok for me, but it did not look like a classic one - just one big mess of tomato sauce and cheese. It tasted ok anyway, and I was hungry. But then I noticed pieces of meet in it. Good thing I'm not a vegetarian! I should have stopped by then and maybe return the pizza, but I was far away and hungry, ate it all. During the following night my stomach was hurting, and at some point in the morning I had to really scramble for toilet, pardon for details. Éric prépare une vraie pâte napolitaine, travaillée avec soin, et le résultat est incroyable : des pizzas tout simplement excellentes, avec une pâte légère, savoureuse et parfaitement maîtrisée.
