In January of this year, my wife and two kids, found ourselves unexpectedly delayed in Dunkerque for 24 hours. It turned out to be the best delay ever, as we had the great fortune of finding this restaurant!
The staff and other diners were absolutely lovely to us all. The food and wine, plentiful, tasty and very reasonably priced. There’s no need to travel all the way to ‘Provence’ or the ‘Dordogne’ to find great French hospitality, it’s waiting for you here, just the other side of ‘The Channel’! I wasn't feeling too adventurous food-wise so I ordered something simple (The Welsh Jambon) and was fairly happy with it. It wasn't mind blowing but it was decent, and I really loved the atmosphere here. I rounded up the experience with a little espresso and was overall happy with the meal.
If I return to Dunkerque, then I would likely return to...
