Excellent food: from perch fillets cooked with herbs and spices that enhance the flavour of the fish, real French fries (not frozen) incredibly crunchy and made like "curls" ➰

The Dama Blanche a multi-layered dessert with vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate cream and homemade chantilly cream. I appreciated that the dessert is not too sugary and this alternation between the sweet ice cream and the sugar-free melted chocolate together with the sugar-free chantilly maison was really interesting.

Professional workers and classy. Background music that made the atmosphere romantic and refined. Very elegant “noble palace” furnishings, a pleasure for the eyes.

All surrounded by large windows where natural light from outside illuminates the interior. Decorations with rococo style curtains, large chandeliers and flowering trees are truly splendid.

Période de Paléo, tout le monde est au festival et le calme est de mise au bon accueil. Nous avons réservé à 19h30 et nous arrivons à l'heure dite. Petite appréhension au vu des commentaires google en mode "grand écart" (1 ou 5 en gros). Personne pour nous accueillir, quelques clients présents qui semblent tranquillement profiter d'une belle fin de journée d'été. 5 minutes passent, toujours rien. Nous interpellons un des couples présents pour savoir où est le personnel. On nous oriente vers un escalier descendant. Ma femme tente un timide "bonjour?", puis retente sa chance de manière un peu plus audible. Pas de réponse, du coup, j'entonne "Il y a un accueil au bon accueil?!!!??" d'une voix très forte, insistante et portante. Une tête se profile en bas de l'escalier, puis deux personnes remontent, visiblement secouées par le sans gêne dont je venais de faire preuve :-). Puis, je me permets un gentil troll à l'équipe, "ben alors, vous vous appelez le bon accueil et il n'y a pas d'accueil, vous faites quoi ?!!". Partant de là, nous avons eu affaire au patron(un des associés) qui nous a pris en charge pour ne pas nous quitter jusqu'à notre départ. Le niveau de service était supérieur à celui d'un hôtel 5*, le patron anticipant le moindre de nos besoins dans un timing pour ma part jamais vu (et j'ai de la bouteille ;-)) : fourniture d'une Plaid à Madame quand le soleil a disparu sans avoir à demander, activation du store pour nous protéger de vilains nuages noirs se profilant à l'horizon, toujours sans avoir à rien demander. Au niveau du repas, nous sommes partis sur un foie gras en entrée à partager et 2 pièces de boeuf sauce morille, le premier accompagné de rosé de Provence en mode apéritif et le boeuf accompagné de Lalande de Pomerol. Tout était parfait et la viande délicieuse. En sus, l'endroit est magnifique. Je crois que c'est mon premier commentaire véritablement élogieux en 6 ans. Alors Bravo le "bon accueil"...

The filet de bœuf was very good, but the filet de perche was extremely dry, and the risotto was both dry and cold. Still, the most upsetting part of the evening was the way the manager treated the waitress. She seemed to think we didn’t notice, but we did—we saw her shouting at the waitress behind the scenes. Then the poor waitress had to come back out smiling and serving customers like nothing happened. It was uncomfortable to witness, and honestly, unacceptable. Someone needs to speak to this manager. No one should be treated like that...
