Karishma Lounge in Divonne-les-Bains is undoubtedly one of my favorite dining spots, and I honestly can’t remember ever visiting Divonne without making a stop at this fine Indian restaurant. It has become something of a tradition for me. The food here is consistently delicious, offering a perfect balance of spices, flavor, and authenticity that Indian cuisine lovers will truly appreciate.

From the first bite to the last, every dish is full of rich taste and prepared with great care. Whether it’s a creamy butter chicken, flavorful biryani, or a perfectly spiced curry, the quality never disappoints. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting ambiance with tasteful decor, making it a perfect spot for a night out with ur family. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit.

As for the food, every dish we tried was outstanding, from the butter chicken, cheese nan and vegetable biryani.. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the flavors were well-balanced and expertly crafted. The presentation of each dish was impressive and added to the overall dining experience.

Nous avions reservé dans ce restaurant suite a differents retours concernant ce resto indien. Nous sommes arrivés a 20h40 pour uen reservation a 21h. Nous avons tout d abord attendu 10 minutes debout pour qu un serveur daigne s'occuper de nous. Et de tout evidence si aucune table n etait libre nous n aurions pas pu manger malgré notre reservation. On nous a installé a une table non debarassé et on a debarassé devant nous en posant simplement une nappe une bougie et le menu. A peine installé on nous demande deja ce qu on souhaite manger avant meme que nous ayons pu regarder la carte et ne propose meme pas un aperitif. Par consequent le serveur indique qu il repassera... on a attendu plus de 30 minutes et on a fini par appeler quelqu un. On a pris notre commande et c est reparti pour 30min d attente, sans couvert, sans verre, ni meme une carafe d'eau. Une fois encore on est forcé de ce relever pour qu un serveur daigne mettre la table et nous apporte une carrafe d eau (mais pas le vin que nous attendions) nous avons commencé a s impatienter ce qui est normal lorsqu on attends plus d'une heure pour rien. Des personnes arrivées apres nous on ete servis avant nous. Pourtant le mix plater ne presente que 3 petites bouchées donc pas specialement long a preparer... le plat arrive enfin. On mange tant bien que mal nos 3 bouchées a 19€ (ca fait cher la piece). On nous debarrasse et la surprise le serveur qui a pris notre commande réapparait et nous propose un café ou dessert alors que nous n avons meme pas mangé notre plat. Nous avons cru rever. Les plats arrivent on nous les poses et un serveur arrive pour remettre les verres et les assiettes alignés (super on peut meme pas commencer a manger). Une fois encore il manquait le riz que nous avions commandés en accompagnement ... Une fois encore il faut reclamer. Nous n'avons pas pris de dessert puisque nous avions simplement envie de fuir de cet endroit. Resultat une note a 117€ pour un mix plater, deux plats, un bol de riz en accompagnement et une bouteille de vin. Des serveurs inexistants et un service lamentable et le sourire est en option. Nous ne reviendrons plus jamais malgré que les plats etaient bons. Il s'agit du seul point positif. A eviter...
