This is a place, where, with a bit of effort, could be considerably better. As a regular customer over a year now, the things I appreciate are : friendly service and keen to please, freshly baked products great bagels with vegan and vegetarian options, option of sitting on a terrace with a decent view.

On the negative side :

the cookies are far too sweet :((( there are cigarette butts discarded all over the terrace floor. To make matters worse, they are probably only swept up at the end of the day (not even sure about that), so the outside looks filthy. tables are often dirty outside.

Is it worth a visit? Yes, but bearing in mind that it not very well...

One star only because I couldn't put less. Absolutely the rudest, most disagreeable serving staff I have ever come across. Practically threw the order at us, which it turned out was incorrect. Terrible attitude when politely told them that it wasn't what we ordered and then the most disgraceful attitude from the server when remaking one of the smoothies. Finally, I had possibly the worst tasting smoothies and milkshakes we've ever had. Inedible and overpriced! This was the second time I'd tried this particular branch, we gave it a second chance after a previous visit last year when the staff were equally as rude. Never again. A complete discredit...

Je viens régulièrement avec mes enfants. C’est plutôt bon. Aujourd’hui je suis venue passer une commande à emporter. Il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde par rapport à d’habitude. On me demande de patienter. J’attends 20 minutes et je m’aperçois qu’une dame qui bien d’arriver est servie. Je demande alors pourquoi j’ai toujours pas ma commande. Une serveuse qui je l’espère se reconnaîtra est venue me demander d’un ton hautain combien j’avais payé. Je lui ai dit que je savais plus exactement. 5 min plus tard elle m’apporte la commande en me la tenant du bout des doigts et sans même me regarder. Je lui dit qu’elle est pas très agréable et qu’elle aurait pu au moins s’excuser. Elle m’a dit qu’elle comptait absolument pas s’excuser. Elle a continué à être désagréable, une de ses collègues s’est excusée mais elle continuait à être plus que désagréable. Les clients présents étaient stupéfaits par l’attitude de cette serveuse. Et m’ont même conseillés de poster ce commentaire. Oublier ça arrive mais par contre que la serveuse n’est pas du commerçante même mes enfants n’en revenaient pas de son attitude. Tant pis car j’aimais bien y manger mais je n’y...
