It's truly unfortunate that this place possesses so much potential, but its downfall lies in the abhorrent lack of cleanliness that pervades the entire store. Walking into the establishment, you're immediately hit with a wave of disgust as you navigate through the unsightly trash scattered around the store. Even the seating area outside, meant for relaxation, is rendered uninviting due to the appalling mess that surrounds the chairs.
The sight of the filth is enough to diminish any appetite you might have had. It's bewildering that the management seems to have turned a blind eye to the basic hygiene standards required in a dining establishment. The sofas, intended for patrons to enjoy their meals in comfort, are instead stained and unhygienic, completely negating any sense of coziness.
Venturing inside, the situation doesn't get any better. Stains mar every surface, leaving an unsettling impression of neglect and carelessness. What's more disheartening is the indifference displayed by the staff and the cafe's management. It's almost as if they couldn't care less about the sorry state of affairs that repel potential customers.
It's high time the cafe reevaluates its management team and instigates a complete overhaul of its cleanliness standards. The disregard for cleanliness and customer experience is shocking and tarnishes the cafe's reputation. The disrespect shown towards customers is palpable, and it's disappointing to see an establishment with so much potential squandered due to such a basic failing.
In conclusion, this cafe's potential remains untapped due to its shocking lack of cleanliness and care. Unless significant changes are made â starting with a new manager who prioritizes hygiene and customer satisfaction â it's challenging to see how this place can turn things around. The current state of affairs is truly disheartening and deserves to be addressed...
Read moreI know this brand from a store in Manhattan and I kind of agreed with them, but this one is a totally different story. AVOID IT! I went there 3 times: the first time the coffee was not fresh and the waiters were very very cold, well not the right day apparently but I didn't go there for them we're not going to lie to each other, we finished our cheesecake outside where it there were no jokes behind the contoire.. second time: halloween with the children, one of whom is called Joe.. for a sign that plays on American codes, it would be nice if it got up to date! not only was there a refusal but the waiter made them feel guilty by telling them "candy is for those who don't have it, go your way you won't get anything..." in a contemptuous and condescending tone... the children left completely disappointed with a bitterness as a souvenir the third: endless waiting to be served to such an extent that after 10min we preferred the cafe on the corner 200m away which is nice and deserves to work! You have lost a family as a customer and I will share my experience, as already said...
