We asked for a table to see the fireworks, but were placed in a hot, busy table with no view of the fireworks. We asked to be moved, and were put in a far corner of the restaurant, with also no view of the fireworks. Our waitress completely failed to understand our order, and wanted to give up, and pass the problem to her colleague. We had to beg her to stay and take our order. She then ignored us for the rest of the evening. I eventually had to go to the bar to get some wine. Then we sat for 40 minutes awaiting our main course. I tried to attract the waitress’ attention, but with no luck. Eventually I went up and enquired about our food. The head waiter came out and behaved very aggressively to me, even following me to the table and speaking very insultingly to me in front of my guests. They were quite upset. All in all, a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs! Also, when you read the restaurant’s responses to negative reviews, they are all aggressive and insulting - this tells you all you need to know about the attitude...

Nice and clean private beach.

I didn’t like the attitude of one of the staff members who did not make any effort in addressing a question about the food menu that my husband was asking him, my husband doesn’t speak French. The staff member instead was very rude to him and did not make an effort to call another staff member who perhaps spoke english. It was not polite or friendly. Also it was difficult getting the attention of staff at the beach to order drinks or food.

The female staff at the restaurant on the other hand were very friendly and I hope they train the other young male beach staff to be friendlier...

Dès l’arrivée, très bon accueil et installation pour la journée transat : 28 €, ça fait plaisir. Ce qui était dommage, c’est le manque de personnel sur la plage… On doit se lever nous-mêmes pour aller chercher de l’eau ou commander à boire. Dommage qu’aucune personne ne fasse le tour de temps en temps pour proposer des cartes boissons ou débarrasser ce qui est vide. Mais sinon, la plage est très bien ! Par contre, au niveau du restaurant, il faudrait plus d’organisation. 30 minutes d’attente avant même de prendre les boissons… Nous avons demandé des citrons et une carafe, mais ça a mis trop de temps à arriver. Les plats étaient bons, sauf les pâtes aux gambas, qui étaient écoeurantes car la sauce était beaucoup trop forte. Le café crème et le cappuccino sont arrivés comme des cafés doubles, on aurait dit que le lait était coupé avec de l’eau… À revoir. Les serveuses étaient gentilles, mais l’organisation ne suivait pas. Pas de fourchettes, pas de pain, pas de parmesan avec les plats : il fallait tout demander deux fois. On voyait bien qu’elles étaient gentilles et de bonne volonté, mais il faut vraiment revoir l’organisation. Ce n’est pas une critique méchante, c’est plutôt une suggestion pour améliorer le restaurant, car il est génial. Vous perdez trop de temps à courir partout sans que ça soit efficace. Débarrassez les tables avec des plateaux, vous gagnerez du temps. Proposez une carafe d’eau dès l’arrivée des clients, ça évitera que les gens meurent de soif en attendant. Commencez et terminez une table correctement, car là, il y a un vrai manque d’organisation. Et le pain, s’il vous plaît, mettez-le en hauteur : il est trop près du sol, avec le sable qui vole, ce n’est pas rassurant. Sinon, les serveurs sont souriants et pleins de bonne volonté.
