We arrived at Lebanon by Allo Liban ready for an enjoyable dining experience on Saturday night for one of the last dinners of our family holiday. Praised through their numerous positive reviews regarding the food, the atmosphere, the service and the general hospitality, we were delighted to be seated with a smile and attended to swiftly, both for our drinks and food order. This is where the evening took a sour turn. Upon receiving our drinks, we slowly started to realise that there were numerous other tables waiting for their meals. Not only did we wait over an hour and a half for our food to arrive, but on top of that, ZERO communication from any of the staff, let alone the waitress who took our original order who decided to completely ignore our table. Having patiently waited for 90 minutes noticing that it was not only us waiting and after seeing a table that were seated after us being served their food, we complained. The member of staff clearly could not care less, would refuse to listen to our concerns and sternly confirmed our food would be served next, which is wasn’t. If only he put as much effort into communicating to his customers about an obvious issue regarding waiting times as he did with playing the bongos, we would have left the establishment feeling slightly less disappointed. A bit of communication goes a long way especially with nearly a 2 hour wait for food, and a bit of additional effort into making your customer’s experience more pleasant when there’s clearly a waiting issue would be much appreciated. Nice food, vibe and terrace, but what a disappointing shame about the lack of communication and...

As soon as we approached the entrance, we were warmly greeted with smiles, and the staff quickly found us a table despite the busy evening. The service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout the night.
The ambiance was absolutely unbeatable, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The food? Delicious! The authentic Lebanese dishes were full of flavor, and the portions were more than generous, making sure we left satisfied.
If you’re craving tasty, authentic Lebanese cuisine, Allo Liban is a must-visit. And if you want an extra-special experience, don’t miss out on visiting on a Friday or Saturday night when the live music adds a vibrant touch to the evening.

Read moreI didn't know kebab and chicken could be so bland and downright terrible. These guys are serving junk. This is probably the worst example of Lebanese food I've ever had. The beef was undersized, dry, unfavorable and made with zero thought about giving a quality product. The chicken was the most bland chicken I've ever had. Zero effort into making good food at this place. The hummus couldn't have tasted less than it did. Again, these guys could care less about flavor. The rice was a disgrace to Lebanese people everywhere. Again, lacking any flavor or taste profile. The salad was terrible too. These guys need to do a better job all around. Delivery to hotel came with no silverware, no plates and no napkins. But, they did send 5 giant pitas that had the flavor of cardboard. I just cant get away from telling you what a waste this place is. Order from somewhere else....
