Maïnis — Restaurant in Grasse

First night in Nice and I wanted to stay local to where I'm staying, bit of research and I find this gem.

Food was outstanding; cooked beautifully, and well presented. Portion sizes are good, so if you have just been travelling or aren't a big eater feel free to just dive in with a main course.

Between my broken French and the staff's English we had no problems with ordering the food. Warning menu was in French only

My only complaint would be that it has room for around 24 covers, with the food as good as it was you may need to book or...

Came on this little restaurant by accident and what a find! The veggie burger was apparently the best certainly never seen the veggie meal eaten with such enthusiasm. I nearly had New York burger but went for plat de jour lamb shank. Beautifully cooked, just fell apart, served in its juice and absolutely delicious. This is a small restaurant more seats outside than inside and people were queuing to get a table but from our experience it was worth the wait. We will definitely return. Sincerely...

Definitely worth a visit if you are into tartar, burgers or a really good steak.

I have eaten here 3 nights in a row and it will probably be a 4th tomorrow, I love a really good burger myself and I chose the New York burger 2 nights in a row and on the 3rd night it was a good solid medium rare steak with cheese sauce.

Don't miss out on the chocolate cake fesserten, it is heavenly and the whole world disappears for you.
