Terrible service in Lisbon, where the law of disclaimer operates. We purchased an Originel sofa, a Dolphin armchair and a Lift bar in Lisbon store, with a total value of €14,853.00. The order was delivered on 10/02/2023, and according to the brand's General Conditions of Sale, nothing was unpacked or tested. It turns out that 10 days after delivery, it was reported to the seller Daniel that the sofa had several paint defects in the metal parts, as well as the bar had a malfunction in the electrical part. Images and videos of the defective material were reported to the seller and the store manager, whose name is Sylvie, as well as several calls, WhatsApp messages and emails were exchanged, but after 7 months I never received any resolution.
