"We went one evening out of curiosity as we were passing by. Maybe it was the wrong night, but we ordered a calamarata (a specialty of the restaurant) and a tomato pasta for the child, with some cooked vegetables for her as a main course. Lastly, I asked if it was possible to have a small salad instead of the large one. The calamarata was not great, with not very fresh and fragrant mussels. The child received overcooked pasta with the vegetables thrown on top. I received the large salad instead of the small one. They only partially charged me for the small salad, but the quality of the service and products was not the best. I won't be returning. However, the waitress...

So let’s start with the good bit. The food was decent... not exceptional and quite pricey. But boy oh boy was the service awful. From the moment we sat down we had to insist: on getting the menu, being shown the dish of the day, be allowed to see the drinks menu. All the while we were scowled at, ignored and quite frankly treated like we were not welcome there. Like most I go to a restaurant not just for the food but the service and the welcome. We got the food but nothing else. Good manners would have been a good start.

We did notice that the other server seemed eminently more polite and friendly so I’m certain that would have changed...

Best place to enjoy an amazing food experience in Marina Baie des Anges. We ate twice already and I feel we will be regulars as it is close to home. We had the daily suggestion and we were impressed to see you can eat an amazing main course (today the saltimbocca al risotto was exceptional) and in the same price you have a drink and dessert. I chose the octopus salad and by far was the best I ate ever since I discovered it 5 years ago. We very much appreciated the service and the atmosphere that were both professional and friendly.
