They do have a VEGAN dish for 18 euros and it is a mix of mashed potatoes (white and sweet potatoes), white rice, salad and some decorations. While I did really appreciate that they were the only restaurant offering a vegan dish in Alpe d'Huez it is extremely overpriced and lacking any protein (tofu, beans, lentils, soy, falafel or anything else).
