‘Worst coffee&service ever in my life🤢’.

We ordered two iced americanos and some stuff there and the iced coffee was tasted like used/waste water or something very strange, not like a coffee at all. I took only one small sip and couldn’t take anymore neither my boyfriend. So, i directly went to the barista and asked if we could get coffee with proper cold water and ice ‘or’ get my money back. She said ‘what?this is iced americano here’ in really aggressive tone then ‘Non’ to my money back question, and also said that ‘we don’t have money?!!, so we don’t give you, bye’. Then, i asked at least if its possible to get espresso with ice instead of the weird tasting water, then one employee took one of the coffee with ice she was making to the back of the kitchen and throw it to us.(I suspect she spitted on it). I think this is like a thief, because i paid for coffee but can’t get my coffee neither my money. Instead: Weird tasting water. or Spitted coffee Humiliation and get shouted in French.

So in the end, it’s Startbucks who employed this people and accepting this behaviour and poor standard. Do not recommend...

The staff was not friendly at all. I don't know how to speak French so I ordered in English and they answered me in French... Don't mean to be rude but I really don't know how people could work without speaking English at an airport 😕

Also, when receiving the order, the girl said "Capuchino" instead of "Frappuccino" so I had to figure out if it was a mistake of they had prepared my order properly.

Overall, I found the prices excessively high related to other Starbucks (even in other airports) and the most important thing: IT WAS ALL DIRTY, since we seated until we finished, the rubbish from last clients remain on the table... 😐

I've been to a lot of Starbucks stores and I never felt like I was in a french hip-hop and rap disco... The music was quite loud and inappropriate for what I believe the company values are.

In addition, there was literally no space for people to order or seat in any place. The space could be better used and definitely...

Terrible. The guy making the drinks was super frantic and yelling out at customers, he took my order and other people’s all at the same time which was confusing and served the drinks up randomly, one lady left because he started a conversation with me and she had to leave without her drink cause he took too long. My frappée was thin and bland, I asked for a little more sugar syrup and he poured in a ridiculous amount + caramel syrup after I said stop! I couldn’t drink it it was so sweet. This is my first bad experience at a Starbucks as they are usually well managed all over the world!...
