Such a great place! We saw a sign for this place while wandering around the town and I’m so glad we checked it out. Un repas réussi, mais une expérience client désastreuse

Nous avons bien mangé : les plats étaient savoureux et bien présentés. Malheureusement, cela a été totalement éclipsé par un incident inadmissible.

Le serveur a renversé du café brûlant sur moi et sur le pantalon blanc de mon amie. Ce genre d’accident peut arriver, mais la manière dont cela a été géré est inacceptable. Le serveur s’est contenté d’excuses sur un ton ironique, sans réelle empathie. Aucun responsable n’est venu s’excuser, aucun geste commercial digne de ce nom n’a été proposé.

Nous avons dû insister pour obtenir un minimum de considération, en vain. L’accueil était froid, et le personnel clairement peu concerné par les clients. Aucun sens du service, ni du commerce.

Dommage, car la cuisine mérite mieux que ce niveau de service. Nous ne reviendrons pas, et ne recommandons pas cet établissement à ceux qui espèrent être traités avec un...
