Wow. So, okay, this has been an obsession of mine: to visit a Ginguette ever since studying the Impressionists. This lovely restaurant did not disappoint. Late on a Saturday afternoon, just prior to their mid-day close, the menu was limited, but the salmon and lamb were both prepared spectacularly. The staff was so considerate of us, and our arrival delay due to traffic detour, we were astounded. The day was so perfect that we decided to stay the night in town and return for the music later...Later: absolutely one of the best meals we have had in 3 weeks in France. The parilla (mixed fresh fish grille was outstanding; nicely spiced and graciously portioned) was enough for one with a few tastes to grudgingly share. Hello, I was able to be a customer of this company which recycles flip flops. It is a very interesting innovation because it allows nature to be preserved (beach, forests, etc.) but also to give a second life to objects lost in the instead of throwing them away. All the products are made by hand, it is a craftsmanship. There is a huge variety of products such as animal statues (elephants, giraffes, lions...) but also bracelets, rings and many other jewels. The prices of the products are very affordable, the products are of good quality and above all durable over time, it is a small commitment but which makes it possible to preserve nature and to support a local economy. Unfortunately, there are few initiatives like this one, it is therefore important to participate in its development in order to be able to see other companies like this...

Je laisse rarement des commentaires négatifs mais là pas le choix ! Ce restaurant a été choisi au hasard, le cadre est vraiment très sympa, ça c'est certain mais ça s'arrête là ! Les serveurs (pas tous attention) ne sont pas spécialement agréables ni souriants, je suis intolérante au lactose, je l'ai bien précisé lors de la commande, au final mon plat est arrivé avec de la sauce (alors certes dans un ramequin à part mais inutile et donc jeté en fin de service vu que j'avais dit que je n'en voulais pas ne pouvant pas la manger), la garniture du plat a été modifiée sans me demander si ça m'allait, pour moi il y avait du beurre dedans vu la couleur, on m'a dit que non, j'ai fais confiance (ce n'est pas moi en cuisine après tout), au final j'ai été malade, donc il y avait bien du lait dans la garniture !! Et alors summum, arrivé au dessert, j'ai demandé au serveur si il était possible de se renseigner sur un dessert, il a carrément levé les yeux au ciel et soufflé ! Honnêtement je ne reviendrais pas parce que les prix sont chers et au final, on écoute pas ce qu'on dit, heureusement que je suis juste intolérante et pas allergique sinon ça aurait fait quoi ? Je suis vraiment déçue. Je conçois que ce ne soit pas simple de recevoir les personnes intolérantes mais au final on y est pour rien et on subit les gens qui pensent qu'on fait du cinéma et c'est pas du tout...
