As a Vietnamese, I'm happy to have dinner here (I revisit this restaurant from time to time). Food is very good. The waiters are very friendly and professional. I don't speak French so he explained all the dishes in English. I see him always describing the dishes to people so I think that's a huge plus. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try Vietnamese food! Ma sœur habite en face de ce restaurant et on a passé une nuit chez elle. Étant en plein déménagement, nous n’avions rien dans le frigo pour manger et nous avions déjà repéré ce restaurant. Sur un coup de tête, on a décidé d’y aller et honnêtement, je pense que vous ne trouverez dans nul autres restaurants vietnamiens une cuisine aussi proche de la réalité sans complication, simple et pourtant si fidèle à ce que la cuisine vietnamienne est réellement. Les plats sont parfaitement équilibrés et épicés et relevés à la perfection. La carte ne propose pas beaucoup de choix mais cela, je le rappel, est toujours bon signe dans un restaurant. La en l’occurrence, le choix est largement suffisants car tout est très alléchant et l’ai aussi sur la carte qu’en vrai. Je recommande le barbecue viet vraiment super (prenez bœuf et porc vraiment). Le lendemain, nous y sommes retournés pour profiter du brunch qui, pareil, est vraiment super. Les pilons de poulet ne sont pas trop gras et c’est la première fois que je mange la peau et pourtant j’ai adoré. La sauce et même les sauces en générale sont tes bien préparées. Je relève aussi votre originalité sur les trois plats traditionnels qui changent chaque semaine semaines. Une adresse à ne pas louper quand vous êtes de passages la rue est très calme en plus. Best bún chả I have ever had - it even beat out the bún cha I had in Vietnam. The pork and (fried) spring roll were so full of flavor. Absolutely incredible.

I also had fresh lemongrass chicken spring rolls which were very good as well.
