Mezze & Brunch — Restaurant in Lille

The owner was very nice and friendly as well as the staff. The food was very good and done to high standards, the food was also authentic lebanese. We ordered manakich: zaatar, spinach, and beef, some tabbouleh, a shawarma, and finally kneffeh. Due to a mistake in the order, they made us a cheese instead of beef after which the owner offered us the cheese one for free in addition to the beef one. The manakich were very well made and tasted very good. The shawarma and kneffeg were authentic and very good. The tabbouleh was good, but i personally prefer a tabbouleh with more pomegranate molasses and olive oil, other than that the ingredients tasted very good. Definitely...

The food and price don't match. It is way to expensive for what you get. The taste is ok but nothing special. The hamburger was ok but the bread fell apart, soaky wet unable to eat.. The mixed plates we had were nowhere close to being 18 euro..Then when we ordered the boss asked us if we wanted to taste the desert, we where like...ok, a little why not..then asked us coffe? We where like, okey.. Then we saw he added everything on the invoice..Lol..you shouldn't ask people, hey wanna have a coffee and taste my desert If you going to add it..All in all, could be much better, avarage..especially the price we paid was ridicilious for...

What à pleasure we had, those oriental savouries and vibes, the mme which is herself the chief was super nice, the food beyond delicious, the only thing I do blame, is the prices of dishes (not deserts nor sandwiches) my cousin recommends chich taouk for you guys, and we both recommend knafeh and halawet el jebneh and I do absolutely recommend their tea which I suppose Moroccan, enjoy guys 😁 and I'm saying hi to...
