Sylvana Briocherie Gonflée — Restaurant in Lille

I completely recommend this place. I truly enjoy their "Green Latte" which is a sort of matcha but with an unexpected and really nice addition: moringa seeds. This green latte is perfectly balanced; soft yet strong enough to give you that kick you need whenever in the day. Their variety in their brioche is just perfect: not that much that you can get lost in and not just a few that you could get disappointed. Every week that have an hebdomadaire which is a different flavor brioche, the first one I got was strawberry with basilic: my goodness the fluffiness and richness not that overwhelming subtile flavor! 10 out of 10. The second (another week) was peach; also delicious. I also recommend the cinnamon one. I would like they where open earlier in the week but I understand. The coffee they have is from Muda, the coffee roaster in the same quartier (which is the one of the best rosters I've ever been in the world and believe me I love good quality coffee). And just to finish, they are absolutely polite, nice and welcoming which is a lot to say when you have an accent here in Lille. Blown away by how delicious everything we got was. We saw this being recommended on a YouTube video and decided to give it a try. It exceeded expectations despite being highly recommended. Everything was not too sweet and very fresh and honestly the best pastries we had ever tried. Eventhough we are not very good at speaking French, Sylvana and her sister were very welcoming and kind and spoke perfect English which was a bonus. Both made sure to make us feel comfortable. We have decided to return as much as we can eventhough we are from the UK. We were recommended the bacon and cheese croissant and I didn't expect much but it as good as the sweet pastries, I would highly recommend trying this I can't describe how...

LA briocherie qu'on attendait !

Depuis son ouverture récente, nous avions hâte de découvrir les brioches Sylvana. C'est chose faite, et c'est à présent notre endroit préféré pour les pauses gourmandes à quelques pas de chez nous. Nous y revenons pour la seconde fois cette semaine et cette fois-ci, les mains pleines !

Cette briocherie offre une sélection variée de brioches entières ou individuelles toutes plus délicieuses les unes que les autres. L'offre boisson est quant à elle concise et efficace, elle se suffit pour agrémenter une part de brioche ou un des délicieux cookies du moment.

Je ne me suis jamais encore attardée sur place, mais bien que limité en capacité d'accueil, l'atmosphère qui règne n'en est pas moins chaleureuse et cosy à souhait.

La qualité est évidente dès la première bouchée, il y a une réelle maîtrise du geste pâtissier que ce soit à la texture parfaitement moelleuse ou des associations de saveurs proposées.

Des classiques tels que la brioche nature, aux pépites de chocolat ou à la cannelle, en passant par des créations plus originales telles que la brioche choco-noisettes, praliné rose ou encore les cookies du moment, on ne peut qu'y retrouver des saveurs riches et d'une grande générosité.

L'accueil y est chaleureux et renforce la convivialité qui se dégage de l'établissement.
