We had a lovely vegetarian diner Yesterday evening at l' Hibiscus. The gaspacho with cucumber and sweet frozen cream was delicious and an unexpected combination of tasts. The main dish, tartare of eggplant and other vegies with poched egg was delicate. The deserts were also stylish decorated and very nice. A glass of St Joseph on the side finished this lovely dinner. Highly recommended. Requires reservation during the weekend.

One of the most delicious, divine dining experiences I have had in France. I suffer from lactose intolerant and French food can be difficult sometimes, but this restaurant and the waiting staff were extremely confident and attentive answering all my questions with such empathy and kindness. Quelle belle découverte ! De passage à Lons, nous cherchions un restaurant, et arrivés ici un peu par hasard, nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Le lieu est charmant, la salle est joliment décorée, le personnel est super accueillant. La carte est petite, mais tant mieux, cela veut dire que les produits sont bien travaillés et frais ! Le personnel est au petit soin, plein de petites attentions. Le repas était délicieux, la pièce du boucher était incroyable, et le couscous était super. L'assiette de fromages était très bien également. Un amuse-bouche nous a été offert par la maison, et c'est vraiment une super attention (et c'était délicieux). Les assiettes sont copieuses et pleines de saveurs. Les prix sont raisonnables pour la qualité de la prestation, surtout si on prend une formule. La carte des vins est très bien, peu de vin au verre, mais le choix est très bien pensé (et le vin est bon, evidemment). Bref, une super adresse de bistronomie, où aller les yeux fermés. On regrette de ne pas être du coin, on irait souvent si c'était le cas !

The foie gras starter wasn’t great, I didn’t enjoy the texture of the brioche or the flavor of the foie gras itself.
