Literally just walked out of this NEW restaurant and jumped on here to review it because I want you to go there now! Amazing vegetarian cuisine with a curated menu of appetizers, main courses, desserts and wines based on what is seasonal (and beautiful). I had the vichyssoise, a cold soup thy was served garnished in red, white and blue because it’s Bastille Day today! For my main I had the eggplant fricassee, which was hearty and very filling, but still bright and vibrant. Had a meal here a few weeks ago. I have been vegetarian for 30 years and lived in London for most of that, so was spoiled with choice for vegetarian/vegan places. Moving to Lyon we worried about the availabilty of vegetarian restaurants. Luckily Brocoli opened its doors recently just a 5 min walk away. We chose this restaurant because it was the nearest vegetarian place to our carpark. I am so glad we did! Lunch is a set menu with just a couple of options for each course, but everything was delicious and presented beautifully. The waiter was so efficient - he managed to look after everyone effortlessly and be patient and attentive. Oh and the wine! We drank by the pichet and both our choices were excellent.
