I couldn't eat at the restaurant since it was fully booked (even though it was Tuesday) and I didn't have a reservation. I ordered the pork bun and the ananas with salty caramel tatin to go. The bun was very good: the imperial rolls were crunchy and tasty, the pork was tender. It was a good portion, served with fresh veggies. It didn't disappoint! The ananas bites of the tatin were sweet enough. I would definitely go back next time in Lyon to taste the other items on the menu. After 3 weeks in Europe, I was craving Asian food and hot soup in particular. So I asked my concierge at the Pullman for a recommendation for Vietnamese cuisine. They found Chez Banoi, which was still open until 9:30pm and walking distance from the hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by name. The crispy Spring Rolls are some of the best I’ve had, even compared to Little Saigon in California. Their Beef Pho is a generous portion, with the broth brimming with homemade stock and flavors. This meal hit the spot and was comfort food at its best.

Perfect!! We walked past and couldn't help but notice the incredible bowls of food, so we had to stop by.

Vegan options clearly labelled, with one in each category. I.e bun, noodles and rice. Starters and desert also available.

We both had the bun. It was amazing. It arrived quickly and was full of flavour.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was busy with people, but calm and relaxed.
