Il y a un peu plus d'une semaine, j'ai demandĂ© une rĂ©servation et elle a Ă©tĂ© approuvĂ©e quelques heures plus tard. Comme prĂ©vu, je me suis rendu au restaurant samedi soir, mais le gĂ©rant nous a dit qu'il n'y avait aucune rĂ©servation Ă mon nom, quelle surprise! Je prends mon tĂ©lĂ©phone pour lui montrer le mail de confirmation que j'ai reçu. Cependant, une autre surprise m'attend, Ă 20h03, j'ai Ă©tĂ© informĂ© par courrier Ă©lectronique d'une annulation de rĂ©servation, soit 27 minutes avant l'heure de rĂ©servation et 1 semaine plus tard. Je tiens Ă prĂ©ciser que je ne suis pas de Lyon et que avec mon amie nous Ă©tions vraiment ravies de nous rendre dans ce restaurant rĂ©putĂ© aprĂšs plus de 30 minutes de transports. Je communique donc avec le gĂ©rant que cela ne relĂšve pas du tout de la professionnalitĂ© et que l'annulation ne peut pas ĂȘtre effectuĂ©e quelques minutes avant, (personne ne consulte ces e-mails Ă cette heure-lĂ , en plus.). La seule rĂ©ponse que j'ai obtenue Ă©tait « dĂ©solĂ© câest un bug, nous sommes complets », une rĂ©ponse totalement dĂ©nuĂ©e de logique car je m'Ă©tais pris Ă l'avance en rĂ©servant et jâai bien eu une confirmation, en me doutant que ce serait complet. Aucun geste commercial et aucune considĂ©ration n'ont Ă©tĂ© exprimĂ©s. C'est vraiment dommage pour une premiĂšre impression.
