I went there with my family during our leisure trip to Lyon.
We first went for lunch. We had eggplant pakora for starters followed by Vegi Korma (Goan style mix-vegetable curry) Cheese naan and Olive naan. We finished with chocolate mousse. Every dish was absolutely delicious. The curry was delicately well balanced so that you could get the subtle taste of all the different spices. The cheese naan, served hot and fresh, was crispy from outside and soft from inside. We had a hearty meal.
The taste in our mouth lingered. We were back for dinner in two days. This time we had daal, palak paneer, and chicken masala, with plain naan. Again superlative quality! The great thing is that every dish is not just authentic but seems to have been perfected with care. The service exudes warmth. The chef clearly prepares everything with a passion of someone who loves cooking good food.

The team is incredibly welcoming and charming. The waitress is super sweet and is always super helpful. And the chefs are so talented. Not only the salty food is amazing, the desserts are another level. The gentleman at the cashier machine is always asking for feedback and I appreciate that a lot!
A must visit if you are in Lyon or near Gare Part Dieu, with friends, family, with your partner or even alone. 🥰

Read moreWhat a gem! We arrived to Lyon late in the evening on a delayed train, tired, hungry and grumpy. All eateries had stopped serving, but we asked at Farah's in case as their last customers were leaving. She said she could do us a takeaway and we gladly accepted. How lucky we were! Totally delicious food, extremely friendly service that lifted our spirits, and she even threw in free cheesecake (they make everything fresh each day - we were happy to help them use it up!). Highly recommend. Thank you, and we'll be back next time...
