I was greeted with a big warm smile and the waiter was very helpful in explaining the breakfast menu to me even though i speak broken French. There are 2 options for breakfast so don't get imagine it would be like the big brunch spread àla Australian or American style. However the freshly squeezed orange juice and the buttery flakey goodnes of the croissant was exactly what i needed to start my busy day in Lyon.

Here I am, chilling at the front of this place in Lyon. The weather's a bit gloomy today, but this croissant and latte are lifting my spirits. The staff is super friendly, even though I can't speak French. Talk about luck, I randomly picked this spot on Google Maps, and it's turning out to be a sweet surprise!

Le NoZe est un café restaurant extrêmement agréable, avec une cuisine fine et équilibrée. Beaucoup d'habitués et un personnel très sympathique. L'ambiance passe d'une atmosphère calme et détendue, durant la journée, à une ambiance plus festive le soir. Vous pouvez demander à avoir un compte, si vous venez souvent, ce qui permet de faciliter la vie de tout le monde (tu me comptes les 3 cafés ?) Certains dimanches vous trouverez des "brunchs Drag Queens" et certains soirs des soirées à thème (Moules Frites et pantalons moule b1te, pour la Saint Valentin). La carte bleue est acceptée à partir de 5 euros et le patron vous aidera si vous galerez sur les mots flechés.
