Xing Cha Bubble Tea Lyon — Restaurant in Lyon

Update: I've been back twice and their service was back up to their normal excellent standards. Must have just been a fluke with the employee working that night, whom I actually haven't seen working recently.

Normally I like this place but tonight's experience was something else. The employee working behind the counter had ZERO idea how to do her job. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for training new employees but this one make my order completely wrong except for the size and the flavor. I asked for zero sugar, and there was sugar in my drink. I asked for half ice, and my drink was basically all ice. I asked to swap out the boba from fraise to yakult, and there were no boba in my drink. I had to ask her to put it in. With so many competitors nearby (that also charge less for their tea), I doubt I'll ever stop by this place again...

Yesterday we passed by the place, we see inside have nice seating around, so we walked in to check their menu. We were there at 6:50 PM, but no one told us anything, not even hi. Then we were waiting in the cashier until 7:10 PM, I can see all the staff was there doing their thing, even they could see we were waiting for them, but they didn't ask us anything, so in the end we left the place. I don't know if they make good bubble tea, but the service was terrible, so we won't even...

We ordered 3 totally Tiger boba - really really good Frappicino mangue - it had manglo flavor and a bit of some other taste which I'm not able to express right. But it was good as well. Just wish there a little more of mango. Fruit de la passion - yummmmmmmmm

Overall it was really good. Service is 3. It would have been if they just said a simple hi. I didn't know if it's open or they were closing or if I should to the counter.
