my partner and i, had spent all day travelling when we came across this new bakery by our hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful, as we don’t speak any french. they also have a single bathroom that was very clean and new.
we both ordered a slice of plain olive pizza, (which despite being out for a while was very soft and fresh) that was very tasty! my boyfriend ordered a latte that he said was great and well-priced, whereas i had a bottle of water and a pain au chocolate. we both spent under €10 of course - i think mine was €6 something. there was also an array of pastries, baguette sandwiches, cakes, and takeaway fruit pots / salads to choose from.
one particular staff member (who’s name i didn’t get, unfortunately) helped us by answering some questions about the local area, the reliability of the busses and which beach to go to.

The pain au chocolat was good, too. The flan bourbon cake was average to my taste - the filling was jelly like and the basement was tasteless.
