I was in Marseille for 2 days with my bf and I wanted to absolutely eat Tunisian since I am a Tunisian living in france. I found this restaurant and I am honestly more than satisfied. Quality of service: a very friendly and smiling staff, easy to discuss with the owner. The service is very fast, few minutes for the fish couscous and mixed grills. Quality of food: The Fish couscous is authentically made with the same fish used to make this type of dish and the ingredients match 100% the original recipe of the couscous: It reminded me of my grandma's fish couscous. So fresh and delicious. The mixed grills or lamb barbecue: Very consistent and made of lamb meat. The grilling is perfect ! Quantity of food: Very generous, I had a hard time finishing my fish portion, I definitely could not finish my plate. I had no place for a dessert. I am a very gourmand person and eat big portions of food, I do not recommend having the entrée (appetizer) + main dish if you have a small appetite, you'll probably miss a good dessert. I took a cup of tea as the national digestif in Tunisia, same authentically made like in Tunisia and even less expensive than the tea cups served in Tunisia's touristic cafés.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is so nostalgic : Oriental music I used to hear when I go to the restaurant with my dad when I was a child. The decoration is exotic and arabian so cute.

Do I recommend this restaurant ? 100% Will I go back to eat here ? Of course YES! It is a restaurant that is perfect for a date and also...

J'ai récemment découvert le restaurant tunisien sur le vieux port et je suis ravi de partager mon expérience positive ! Ce charmant établissement m'a transporté en Tunisie grâce à sa cuisine authentique et son atmosphère chaleureuse.

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec le sourire par le personnel amical et attentif. L'ambiance du restaurant était agréable et rappelait les traditions tunisiennes, avec une décoration soignée et des touches orientales. L'atmosphère animée du vieux port ajoutait une touche de charme supplémentaire à l'ensemble.

La nourriture était tout simplement délicieuse ! J'ai pu déguster des plats traditionnels tunisiens qui étaient préparés avec soin et présentés de manière appétissante. Les saveurs épicées et parfumées ont véritablement éveillé mes papilles. Je me suis régalé avec des plats tels que le couscous, les tajines et les délicieuses pâtisseries orientales. Chaque bouchée était un véritable voyage culinaire.

Le service était également à la hauteur de mes attentes. Le personnel était attentif, connaissait bien les plats et était prêt à répondre à toutes mes questions. Ils ont pris le temps de m'expliquer les différents plats et de me conseiller sur les meilleures combinaisons de saveurs.

Enfin, l'emplacement du restaurant sur le vieux port est idéal. Après avoir savouré un délicieux repas, j'ai pu profiter d'une agréable balade le long des quais, en admirant les bateaux et en respirant l'air marin. C'était une fin parfaite pour une soirée mémorable.

En conclusion, le restaurant tunisien sur le vieux port offre une expérience authentique et savoureuse. La cuisine délicieuse, le service attentionné et l'ambiance agréable font de cet endroit un lieu incontournable pour les amateurs de cuisine tunisienne. Wanted to try Tunisian food while we were in Marseille and the location of this one fit the bill for us while we were exploring. We ordered the chicken cous cous and added on the lamb sticks/kebabs and it was very delicious. The chicken was extremely tender and flavoursome, the lamb was grilled nicely and a little pink on the inside still which we appreciate.
