The Shamrock — Restaurant in Marseille

After the nice music at belle de mai 'On-Air' and drinks at Lochness, I went to join my friends, who are already at Shamrock. 1st, the security didn't allowed. My friends were outside, waiting for me. Together they allowed; seems funny. To get drinks, I waited for the bartender, but ignores me whenever I ask. He just keeps serving the throngs of people jostling in front of me, including a few very attractive women. At last, I got the drinks, but while payment I couldn't do it. I thought it was because of my card. So, I tried again and again. No use. He was knowingly rejecting the bill. So I just went out. Totally, I would say nice music, but very unwelcoming and disappointing because of the customer service, behaviour as well...

Food was not great but beer was awesome, unfortunately during our stay I wanted to enjoy the port view and one of the waiters wanted me to move my chair because I was on his way, I first moved but then realized what was blocking the other way was a chair with a backpack. I asked him why I should move and not the chair but he insisted I should move instead of the empty chair and that was it. I let it go from there but it was a real shame and a terrible experience, hope you have better luck. I came here with a bunch of friends and when we were going out of the bar a security guard started pushing my friends and grabbed one by her arm and other by the neck of her blouse leaving a bruise, FOR NO REASON! The place was packed and we were trying to get out and they treated us like criminals. We were just tourists and weren't even drunk. Do yourselves a favor and never come here, they tried to excuse themselves saying the place was packed but....
