extremely slow service, inattentive waiters, food was not hot at best lukewarm, manager tried to argue with me and was extremely rude and out of line when i explained to him shortcomings of the meal, he will regret when he looses business; further note ; the business recently accused me without any evidence on making threats which I didn’t make as well as only wanting a discount which is highly assumptive and suggestive in the worst sense-I did not make a so called “threat”-they are accusing me based on hearsay which is highly unprofessional and not a very intelligent business practice -I didnt make any threat-furthermore, they blatantly accused me of wanting a discount-however, I could care less about a discount as I simply wanted decent service and they are making assumptions not based on fact or evidence-I have a right to judge a restaurant based on objective facts- and if I am a paying customer they have an obligation to provide me with a pleasant experience or they will lose business, the restaurant industry is a highly competitive consumer segment, and if the resturant does not perform to expectations set for them, then they will go out of business - it can be further evinced that they are ,in my opinion, a horrible incompetent business that will not accept Responsibility for the failures and atrocities of the evening-furthermore, manager appeared to be overwhelmed , anxious , and not well composed and or productive or efficient, and exhibited significant memory impairment and horrible English, given he could not recall details of my meal or communicate to be understood properly; argumentative and hostile behavior, and appeared very defensive and became very abrasive to me when I pointed out glaring issues with my meal-I will never return here-this meal is not worth it given food was served all cold-and service was terribly inattentive and very slow -Details 30 minutes to take order -no water was even out at the table 20 minutes after to actually even get a starter out He forgot what my side dish was and had to come out back to clarify it Worst service of my life-incompetent ; I have already informed our hotel and they plan to not further recommend this restaurant to its thousands of guests-the restaurant has made a mistake and they will pay for their stupidity-owner-pls be aware of the incompetency of...

DO NOT GO HERE. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this restaurant. We are visiting Marseille for my husbands birthday and I picked this place for him as a surprise dinner. We were unable to eat our food as it was inedible and complained to the manager as I wasn’t happy to pay a high bill whilst leaving hungry and our plates barely touched. I explained that my meat was way too chewy - That I had to spit it out. My husbands steak was literally red and RAW. He asked for medium rare. He had asked them to cook it a bit more however it was still raw. The Porto wine drinks were disgusting, they tasted like whiskey. We only ate some fries and the bread, and had our coca colas. The lady who I complained to, said we wouldn’t have to pay for the meat as she will discount this however when she brought the bill there was still my husbands steak remaining on the bill. She now changed her statement and said that she will only be discounting my meat. I paid and left very unhappy. Our plates were full and our stomach empty. 0 stars for this restaurant as they ruined my husbands...

We had lunch on 8 April, but it was a big deception. It's not a cheap restaurant, and they pretend to serve food at a high level. Only the sparkling water and wine were okay.

We started with a Safran risotto. The meal was a thick lump of pudding. Overcooked, without bite and taste. It was served with some small pieces of fried, dry old (maybe frozen) fish. It was the only non-meat dish on the menu, so they knew what they were doing. We gave a remark to the waitress. She told us that we shouldn't eat fish in a meat restaurant. We thought It would be a good starter before we got our meat.

We orderd the cote du boeuf medium (saignant). Besides the pieces of dry meat, the boeuf was overcooked. The fries were over-backed and soaked in oil. The vegetables were overcooked, limp, and without flavor.

We complained, but the only thing they did was coffee of the house. Curious if and how they will solve it, when they read...
