This is a nice and quaint restaurant with a Mediterranean style and inspiration located in Marsielle France. I went with a group of 5 friends and the bill was €40 each and we ordered up to 6 different types of plates to feed the table and three bottles of wine. The calamari dish is to die for. It’s very flavorful and appealing to the pallet. It fills your mouth with a quick burst of flavor. The beef dish is amazingggggg. The grain like inclusion melts in your mouth as you chew the beef The home made sausage dipped in a tangy sweet and slightly spicy sauce is worth tasting. There’s a white fish dish in garlic and parsley sauce and potatoes. This fish is native to Marsielles. It was easy on the tongue, and minimal spices. The Feta cheese is beautiful. It’s wrapped in vine leaves and just explodes in your mouth. The beetroot delicacy is clothed in a flavorful beetroot sauce and herbs and gives you a healthy expression of love for food.

We were excited to try Mediterranean food in Marseille and chose MOGA as the one place to try. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing lunch menu. We ordered the manoush zaatar, sfiha, caviar de aubergine/babaganoush, and the assorted plate with chicken and kafta. First we cannot believe the menu for lunch is so different and unremarkable vs dinner. If you look at the photos in the reviews that look good, most likely it’s dinner not lunch. Second, on the food we did order: the caviar de aubergine was the best (not pictured). The kafta and sfiha were both dry. Chicken, manoush, and other veggies were very ordinary. Third, the service was so slow. We waited 50 minutes for our food. The terrace was nice enough. Hope the food and service can match.

We had dinner here as a couple. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as the restaurant is usually fully booked. Fortunately, booking through their website is quick and convenient. The menu is fairly simple, without any particularly unique or sophisticated options. The bread was delicious, and overall, the dishes were tasty and generously portioned. However, there was something missing—some kind of special touch that would make the food more memorable. If you’re a vegetarian, be aware that your options are quite limited, and you might leave feeling unsatisfied, as most dishes include meat or fish. The drinks were good, but the coffee was disappointing.
