My friend and I, two Americans, had an absolutely wonderful dinner here, prepared by the absolutely wonderful Christophe and Charlotte. We shared the asparagus soup, I had the duck, and my friend had the linguini. All was fantastic. The duck had this honey seared crust that was sweet and savory and crisp and I will be thinking about it and trying to recreate it at home for a long time. The linguini was delightfully cheesy and creamy without being too rich. Then we shared the crème brûlée for dessert which was a classic crème brûlée executed perfectly. Christophe and Charlotte were really kind and charming, and the four of us had a lot of great conversation and laughs in a mix of French and English.
