Je ne prends pas souvent le temps de laisser un avis, mais là, c’est presque un devoir civique.

Chez Pipette, tout est parfaitement maîtrisé : cuisine généreuse, produits choisis avec soin, et un croque Pipette qui redéfinit à lui seul la notion de “plat signature”. C’est simple : après la première bouchée, tu te demandes si t’as déjà vraiment mangé un croque avant.

Le pain est un chef d'œuvre locale, les cocktails sont précis, bien dosés et parfois surprenant, et le vin est toujours parfaitement conseillé. On te sert ce que tu ne savais même pas avoir envie de boire.

J’en suis à ma 3e ou 4e visite, et ce ne sera clairement pas la dernière. Ce qui fait que tu reviens, au fond, c’est le service : attentionné, souriant, naturel. On s’y sent bien, à l’aise, presque attendu.

En résumé : une adresse qui fait du bien à l’estomac et à l’âme....
