On the way to the Notre-Dame l found this place by chance. Seeing that the local people gathered, including soldiers in uniform, I was sure that they served an excellent meal. After visiting the cathedral, I tried to pass in front of the restaurant, the owner greeted me with a smile. So I went inside. 今回紹介するお店は『ロティゼリー(Rôtisserie)』という名称ですが『Rôti』とはローストしたという意味でオーブンなどで焼いた肉を主に売るお店でテイクアウトのお店が多いのですが自分が言ったお店はこじんまりとしていますが質の高い料理を出すお店です。 昨年の夏、マルセイユに来て高台のカテドラルに向かう途中に見つけたお店ですごく感じのいい店主が挨拶してくれて軍服を着た地元のお兄さんたちが並んでいたのでおいしい店だと思い、カテドラル見学の帰りに寄りました。 今回は２度目です。豚バラ肉のローストに茄子のオーブン焼き(Auvergine à la parmesane)と去年も頂いた黒トリフの入ったグラタン・ドフィノワーズ(Gratin dauphinois ala truffe)を頂きました。飲み物には赤のグラスワイン。どれもとてもおいしかったです。グラタンはトリフの風味が効いておいしいし、茄子は溶けたパルメジャーノと相まっておいしく、豚バラは油が程よく抜けてしつこくなく最後までおいしく頂きました。 帰りに夕飯にテイクアウトでアランチーニ(ライスコロッケ)を買って帰ろうとしたら、外国人旅行者で２度目の旅行でも来店してくれたということで『Beignets de courgettes (ベニエ・デゥ・クルジェット)』というズッキーニと卵、小麦粉などで練った固めたものを油で揚げたものをサービスしてくださいました。 サービスも料理の味も最高でした。 It was my second time to have lunch at this restaurant. Walking up the hill to the Cathedral, I found this restaurant, where a group of French soldiers were waiting to find a table. I thought that this place would serve an excellent meal as the locals gather. So, I visited the Cathedral and on the way back, I entered the restaurant. All the dishes were delicious. So, one year later, I am back to France again. I could not resist to come here again. I had some roasted pork belly, Gratin dauphinois a la truffe and Auvergine à la parmesane. Super découverte ! Nous sommes passés par hasard à une heure improbable -au rythme vacances -ou d’autres restos ne seront pas accessibles et ce petit resto nous ait réservé une belle surprise ! L'accueil était très chaleureux et le personnel très disponible. On a profité des conseils explicite et nous avons très très bien mangé. Les plats sont fraîchement préparés en utilisant des produits de qualité. La carte tient sur une page - ce qui restreint absolument pas le choix - et ce qui prouve la fraîcheur des produits et leurs préparation maison. Le cadre est très agréable, et il y a possibilité d’acheter des produits de qualité sur place .Tout ça avec un rapport qualité prix imbattables pour Marseille! Nous avons tellement aimé, que nous avons même pris à emporter. Un vrai coup de cœur! À refaire...
