McDonald's — Restaurant in Meaux

The worst experience I've ever had anywhere. Ordered 1h30m before my flight. One hour later went up to ask where my food is, lady told me she gave it away. I told her no because she never called my number. Turns out she gave it to the wrong person 30mins ago without checking their order number. Told her I need the food now or a refund because I need to go.

She sighed walked away and just randomly came and went with other orders. Asked her what's going on, then said she was getting her manager. Manager came 10mins later saying they can't do anything but make more food, mind you, my flight is now in about 20mins. Told them I need a refund now, I can't wait any longer. Told it's not possible, 5mins later Supervisor arrives and says all they can do is give me new food which would take some time and asked me to come back later.

I was baffled at this. Told them I need a refund, NOW as waiting any longer was not an option. She ripped open the till, threw my money at me and left without a word.

Avoid at all times, so many people left as well due to how unorganised and unprofessional their service was, wouldn't be surprised if management leaves a comment on...

We were at this McDonalds yesterday (14.05.2025) with four people and had the worst McDo experience ever.

The Restaurant is truly bad organized. One guy prepared all drinks (sometimes another employee supported him) so that the drinks were prepared really fast.

While they were preparing it, a job that could have been done by an employee in Part-time, one no one cared about the counter.

There were between two and four people in the kitchen and they seemed to be either bored or relaxed. This led to the problem that Most of the orders at that time were either delivered incomplete (like 2 of our orders), delayed (like 1 of our Order CB86) or have been forgotten completely (like 2 of our orders CB82 and CB83).

We received our food After three claims with a delay of 45 minutes. The Drinks had no Sparkling left anymore, as they were prepared 40 minutes before.

The employees did Not wash their hands for a Single time, although they touched several machines, food and other things during that time. They didn‘t even...

Avoid at all costs. Staff are so slow and not helpful in the slightest. Asked for a paper cup and you'd swear we asked for a kidney. Food took forever to come out and was cold. Our coke was flat, sent it back and then got more flat coke? Waited so long we almost missed our flight, food came out on like 4 separate trays each one at least 5 minutes after the other.

Also got shouted at by a member of staff because we stood up without all our trays with our drinks on.. because they were awful (Our hands were full and we had 2 very exhausted little girls with us)

Service in here leaves a lot to be desired and the food was disappointing, burgers thrown together and everything cold after waiting 30ish minutes to...
