En visite pour la journée à Metz, où il y a toujours de beaux endroits à découvrir, redécouvrir, de fabuleuses tables ragoûtantes, dont celle ci fait partie. magnifique 11 avril, propice aux retrouvailles avec les dîners en terrasse.

L'originalité des tartines présentées sous forme de bol ont attisé ma curiosité, le Dong de 19 h m'appelant à prendre place, un petit pupitre ,mange debout en guise de diapason pour le repas , j'opte pour le classique tartare, qui ne l'était pas !

pesto et tomates séchées se lient harmonieusement avec la viande de boeuf, coupée au couteau, décorée de persil et copeaux de parmesan . Frites croustillantes. Mon compagnon de plaisir et de soif : Un Malbec aux arômes de cassis, bois, mûres, cuir, cacao. Un solo de panna cotta d'asperges en amuse bouche, l'eau roulée de ronde, mignardises sucrées, corsée l'expresso de sa conclusion pittoresque.

We've been here before but only for coffee. Today, we went for lunch. I had possibly the nicest Caesar salad I've ever had. My wife had a beautiful veggie salad, and my daughter had the lentil dhal. It's so nice to find good veggie food in Metz. Plus, they do really nice alcohol free cocktails. 😍....
