What a spectacular restaurant for lunch or dinner. Sensational food, wonderful flavor, great presentation of the dishes and the quantity is very generous. For me the restaurant serves the BEST QUICHE LORRAINE in the city and the best I have eaten to date, also their cheese foundue is to die for. For dessert I ordered a crème brûlée which again had a taste of the gods. The price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The service is wonderful, our waitress was very kind, very smiling and helpful when recommending us a wine. Great, great, great customer service. The restaurant has the perfect location, both outside and inside you will have a view of the cathedral and the river, inside the decoration is varied and modern, on the outside it is more French, with wooden tables , the view of the houses etc ... If I could I would give it above 5 stars.

If you love cheese, fromage or 'kaas' in Dutch, you are here at the right address. Also for a afterwork drink, burgers (with cheese :) and beers or a nice platter of cheeses, hams and other delicious dishes you should visit this place. During the summer times you can enjoy the outdoor seatings with a view over the river. The menu is very extensive with local Asace dishes but also normal dishes. The staff is friendly, English speaking and willing to help and answer your questions about the menu. Would like to come back to try more. I took the Tartiflette Forestière which comes with a basket of bread. Even if you are a big eater, this is more than enough. Quality and quantity guaranteed :)

The fondue here was delicious! We opted for the one with morel mushrooms and I’m not sure I’ll ever want to eat fondue without it again! Would’ve liked more vegetables (broccoli/cauliflower perhaps?) with the fondue, as it was all bread/charcuterie/potatoes, but perhaps that’s not traditional. Shoutout to the servers who were lovely, super attentive and friendly even though the restaurant was very busy towards the latter half of our meal. The restaurant is nicely situated on the river, you can sit outside on the terrace but also inside as we did which is equally nice as you are at canal level and it’s a lovely atmosphere.
