I recently tried out a new Tibetan restaurant, and I totally loved it! The place has such a cozy, relaxed vibe - soft lighting and comfortable décor.
The menu has a great selection of authentic dishes, and everything I tried was amazing. The momos (Tibetan dumplings) were definitely the highlight—perfectly steamed with a flavorful filling that was perfect. The thukpa (noodle soup) was so comforting, with a rich, tasty broth. You can really tell they put a lot of thought into each dish, using fresh ingredients and sticking to traditional flavors. And the Tibetan salted tea is a must-try! Never tried salted tea before but it was so nice.
But what really made the experience stand out was the service. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about the food. They took the time to explain the dishes and gave great recommendations, making everything feel personal and special.

The food arrived quickly and was decent. However, at such a reasonable price point, the value is...
Read moreI super recommend this cozy and delicious restaurant in Metz. I recommend making a reservation and being on time to secure your place as normally it's full. In terms of food, I highly recommend trying the Jhol Momo and Thukpa. You felt like heaven and eating the food of a family member. Quality / price 10/10.
A little critic that do not affect my raiting at all is that they leave the empty plates in the table until the next dish arrives. I will come...
