We had an incredible second visit to McDonald’s that genuinely blew us away! After such a delightful experience on our first day, we decided to ditch the overpriced hotel breakfast and head back to this cool spot, where the food is delicious and the atmosphere is so welcoming.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by warm smiles and friendly interactions from the lovely staff. In the lounge area, one of the team members, who spoke fantastic English, went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed.

The shift manager was a real highlight! He welcomed us with a big smile and ensured our experience was top-notch. Even as we rushed in just before breakfast was ending, he was incredibly accommodating and made sure we could enjoy the breakfast menu just the way we liked it. Assistant staff, Stephan, was just awesome! He was so patient and tailored our order to fit all our requests with his English language ability.

Despite the buzz of a busy lounge, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff’s vibrant smiles created such a friendly, joyful atmosphere making our meal even more enjoyable. The manager was everywhere, ensuring that everyone received excellent service, which truly added to the experience.

Two main things made this McDonald’s stand out as a fantastic dining spot: The food quality was phenomenal better than many other international places we've tried during our travels. As tourists, we've sampled a lot, and this was genuinely impressive! The staff were exceptional! Their eagerness to engage and offer support created such a positive vibe, especially compared to other regions we've visited in France. This restaurant in Dorlisheim is a superb place to savor a meal.

I recently visited McDonald in Molsheim hoping for a quick, decent meal, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, things started going downhill. First, rude and missrable looking waiters behind the counter.

The service was incredibly slow. Despite there not being a huge crowd, it took almost 20 minutes to get my food. For a fast-food restaurant, this is simply unacceptable.

Then, when I finally received my order, it was lukewarm at best. The fries were soggy, lacking the usual crispness that McDonald's is known for, and my burger seemed hastily put together—barely warm , small , expensive and with the ingredients thrown together messily. It was clear that the food had been sitting out for too long before being served.

To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Several tables were dirty, and the floor around the seating area had trash scattered about. It really didn’t give off a welcoming vibe.

Overall, my recent visit to McDonald's was a disappointing experience. I understand it's fast food, but I expect a certain level of quality and service. Sadly, both were lacking this time around. I hope they can improve, but for now, I won’t be rushing back...

Their only vegetarian option was a piece of goat cheese wrapped in an sad and almost empty, cold, wrap; half of which got stuck on the paper it was packed in. But not to worry! I also had fries. Not so, the fries where lukewarm at best, and sadly hanging between my fingers looking pale. Luckily, my friend saved me from the final disappointment by informed me that mcDonalds coke generally doesn’t have any carbon, before I tried to use its taste to flush away the disappointment from my mouth.
