Food was variable; two people enjoyed their meal, the rest did not. One guest said the ribs were 'the worst ever eaten!' Also, VERY poor service Nice atmosphere near the beach but definitely won't be coming back.... I spoke to an individual who claimed to be the manager, but was also working as a waitress; She did not accept my comments, even though much of the food was uneaten. (Interestingly, looking at the reviews, they are all extremes; either Very good or Very disappointing - no middling reviews! And the negative reviews, all mention the appalling and rude service! Makes one wonder if the 'very good' reviews are true or fabricated ??)

The 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids - 8, 11 -peanut allergy, 14 Coeliac) decended on this beach side bar restaurant today. They were helpful, friendly and came up with a number of suggestions for us to have lunch at 2 pm. We had a great time. The food was delicious and the location was excellent. Prices were very reasonable as compared to other restaurants especially those closer by. The beach itself was really clean and spacious. Overall we had a great day and hope to return to the Canope Bar/Restaurant later this week.

We went last year and we loved the experience. Therefore we wanted to go again: what a disappointment!! To start with: no more table With the feet in the sand.. big 👎 Second we were seated close to a high table with active smokers. And even before ordering our drinks my nose was already full of smoke! We nicely asked if we could be placed further from smoking tables and well it obviously bothered the waitress and she got rude.. she sent us to the “salon” area, we asked if people were smoking there and the answer was “yes but there is more space between the tables” 🙄 We got another waitress who was nicer but as she was in charge of a huge table she kind of forget about us. It took us 30mn to get the menu (and with reminders). Food was okay (as usual they run out of some of the suggestions of the day). Ambiance is great (except the smoking part) with the view, the stylish decoration. Service is rude. For us this was the last time, especially considering there are other options...

At our first time here we waited more than 30mins for our cocktails and it wasn’t very full that evening. The second time we came from the beach and lied down on the beach loungers. The staff told us that next time we should come to the front and tell them we want to lay down there. We wondered why but didn’t know yet.. We ordered 2 Cafés which were forgotten. Then we ordered another 2, which came fast but were spilled a little (both). When paying, we got surprised the beach loungers are 20€ per person? No signs or any information about this. In the end we payed over 45€ for 2 spilled Cafés and laying a little bit… Also some of the staff seemed a little .. unhappy.. Would recommend trying one of the other...

What a wonderful, calm, and relaxing place!!! We pre booked our sun loungers the day before after speaking with 1 of the staff as we wanted the day before, but they were fully booked. Yes, it's €15 per person for a sun lounger, but it is full table/lounger service and is yours for the whole day!!! You just stand your flag in the sand, and a member of staff comes to take your order. The food was stunning!!!! The chicken ceaser salad was very fresh and a great portion size. Also, the tapas selection again was very tasty, especially the roasted peppers, little morsels of joy!!!! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, especially for a family who spoke only a little French. Would...
