Very friendly staff but unfortunately I had severe gastric issues and fever later that night. My partner and I were looking for a place to eat on Sunday at 5pm and this seemed like a good spot for quick and easy food. The staff were very friendly. However the food was disappointing. The noodles were gloopy and the beef was chewy and tasted a bit odd under the sauce. There was a overpowering raw garlic flavour which repeated on me throughout the day. We both had mild upset stomachs later on. Initially my main issue was burping and bloating. Unfortunately my gastric issues became very severe overnight with vomiting and more. I did not sleep all night. I had to call in sick to work on Monday and was running a temperature of 38.2 degrees. I had stomach cramps and joint aches and found it difficult to leave the bed. These symptoms are indicative of viral gastroenteritis. Because of the timeframe and that I had nothing to eat afterwards except a coffee, it would seem that this meal was the cause. I urge the team at Thai N House to review their food hygiene...
