O’Tacos — Restaurant in Nice

We ordered tacos via Uber. One of them should be vegetarian. After the first bite, we noticed that meat was in the product. Since I have been a vegetarian for 20 years, this is a big problem for me. Neither the phone number communicated via Uber nor Google was given so we walked 2km to the restaurant to get a refund. The initially friendly saleswoman assured us, without taking a look at the taco, that it was not meat and refused a refund outright. Otacos was the best tacos restaurant in Nice. But unfortunately they reduce the quality of the food and its not even compared to any other tacos places. Low qaulity meat, which i found some meat that they are not cooked well and the chicken has no flavor. The sauce has no taste at all and the fries are the worst. Je déconseille d’y aller ! Le jeudi 9 mai 2024, à quelque minutes de la fermeture, je suis passé acheter un tacos (commande 1102). J’ai mangé que ce tacos ce soir la, après 8 heures de shift au boulot. J’ai eu une intoxication et ai passé la nuit à vomir et j’étais mal toute la journée du vendredi 10. Quand j’ai fouillé les restes du tacos, j’ai constaté une trace de moisissure sur la galette. Le lendemain, je suis parti avec le morceau de galette pour leur parler du problème (sans scandale) en leur montrant le bout de la galette et m’attendais à des excuses, et par principe, me faire rembourser mais je suis tombé sur un jeune monsieur brun avec des lunettes de vu qu’on m’a indiqué comme responsable. Ce monsieur était aussitôt sur la défensive et ne m’a pas laissé en placer une, limite méprisant. Il m’a dit a dit « j’appelle mon manager mais il n y a rien qu’on puisse faire car nos produits sont bien contrôlés. », comme si un « désolé que vous ayez eu ce problème (même sans avouer) » coutait des milliers d’euro… Je n’y mettrai plus jamais les pieds et je déconseillerai à tout ceux sue je connais d’y aller ou...
