Sushi Arson — Restaurant in Nice

My friend and I were just in Nice on vacation for one week. Longing for some good Asian food, we stumbled upon this small restaurant, and decided to dine in. We were left speechless by the food the first time around, and decided we had to visit a second time (our last meal in the country) before we left. It was honestly one of the best meals we've ever had. The authentic flavor, freshness of the fish, and overall taste of the food danced on our tongue with each bite we took. We were genuinely so sad that this restaurant only exists in Nice, and not in our home city. And could not believe that for the quality of the food, it's not a Michelin Star restaurant! For my final piece of the salmon tempera truffle roll with sweet potato puree, I literally closed my eyes as I chewed to savor every second of it. On top of the amazing food, the woman who runs the restaurant was so sweet. She patiently explained which dishes she recommended, which were all as good as she described. The presentation of the food was also beautiful, as shown in the pictures I posted. I highly recommend anyone who's in the area or visiting to pay this place a visit!! My friend and I might just travel to Nice again just for this restaurant.

I found this sushi spot while looking for somewhere open on a Sunday evening in Nice—I was in a bit of a rush for dinner and saw the glowing reviews, so I had to give it a go. I hopped on the tram from Gare Thiers to Garibaldi, then walked about 8 minutes.

The restaurant has a cosy feel with a lovely atmosphere. The food was absolutely excellent, and the service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuine. I’m so glad I made the trip; it was a brilliant first-time experience.

Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to return the next time I’m in town.

We have made a reservation recommended by a local - otherwise we just would have walked by and missed this spot. During our 70 minutes(reason for an over all 4star rating) wait for our first rolls I read the comments. Here are my thoughts: The food is top, fresh and made with love. The staff was very friendly and attentive. After the first rolls arrived the food kept coming every view minutes. So there must have been some miscommunication between service and kitchen.
