KFC — Restaurant in Palaiseau

We went there on our way home to Germany. The restaurant was easy to find & enough parking space. Clean inside, with nice tables and seating. A lovely young worker helped us when we got confused on how to order. The food was as ordered, the fries were hot & the chicken (we had a bucket, spicy) was nice & crispy. The ladies' toilet was clean, but the box had the door the wrong way! It was very easy to get in but it was difficult to get out because the toilet was in the way! I would only give 4 stars because she asked us for our covid certificates but then was happy when we said, yes we have them. She didn't want to actually see them. But she was so exceptionally friendly and helpful that I wish to give 5 stars for the great service. I would go...

It's complicated. The servers are at least generally nice, and the food is averagely good for KFC. But there's good and not so good about this restaurant. The kids play park is the best I've been to in France. Really incredible and worth the stop. Unfortunately, there must be some really childish adults, or teenagers that come through because this KFC is not taken care of by the customers. From the pictures it's clear customers have been pooping in the urinal, ripping up the seats, and breaking the tables. La nourriture est toujours aussi immangeable a chaque fois que j'y passe, je n'y étais pas aller depuis un an et j'ai bien regretté, mes poulets étaient noir comme passer x fois a la friteuse, les frites ultra sèches, ils se sont trompés dans les sauces, bref pour 40 e c'était vraiment dégueulasse, moi qui voulait faire plaisir c'est raté, puis les vendeurs toujours aussi nonchalants, un couple a eu le malheur de regarder à l'intérieur du sac voir si ils avaient oubliés quelque chose et la caissière a gentiment répondu : 'on sait lire hein' bah non, non vous ne savez pas lire, et non vous ne savez pas faire à manger, j'avais déjà envoyé une réclamation il y a un an de cela vu que ma commande était totalement foirée apparemment cela n'a pas été pris en compte, si j'étais le patron je virerai tout le monde et prendrais des gens COMPÉTENTS et qui souhaitent vraiment travailler. Sachant qu'à chaque fois que j'y passe, il n'y a pas grand monde : plus de temps pour bien préparer les choses.
