Found a sharp metal wire in my rice, wasn’t even offered new and clean rice…

Food is delicious, quick, and affordable. I was enjoying my bento box until I found a twisted metal wire about 3/4 of an inch long with sharp ends on either side buried in my rice. I am not sure where it came from, but it looked almost like the metal mesh in a rice strainer. This thing was sharp and would have seriously damaged my mouth or stomach if I hadn’t noticed it. I called the waitress over to show her. She quickly said she was sorry and took the metal piece back to the kitchen. She never stopped by again, not even an offer of a fresh safe rice. Stumbled upon this little eatery while exploring. They offer a nice small menu with bento boxes or a steamer with steamed bao. We ordered the bento with ceviche and it was delicious.
