This restaurant has definitely reconciled me with Chinese cuisine and above all made me discover the true and authentic Chinese cuisine! What touched me the most was the friendliness of the staff who know the restaurant business very well and will welcome you with a smile and joy. You immediately feel that you are arriving in a place of life, they ask you which table you like and they also ask you if you know the concept and the type of restaurant. I recommend the traditional noodles which are just amazing! The different vegetable plates are delicious, I really liked the mixed plate and for my part I took the traditional vegetarian noodles served with boiling water and tofu. It's nice to go to restaurants like this one that specializes in specific region. The servers were very nice and friendly. We ordered three dishes: The noodle on the first page where you put in the slices of meat, veggies and noodle. The broth was excellent and was the highlight of the soup. The second dish was a pepper/pork dish. The server made sure to ask if we could eat very spicy food before recommending this dish. It was also very delicious and very spicy! The last was a rice dish. I lived close to the restaurant last spring and enjoyed almost every Friday either their delicious cold noodles (froid) or their dumplings. The food always tasted good, and I was very welcomed by the owners. In the beginning, when I didn't speak French, they accommodated me greatly, and you could order in English (albeit it's not their first language understandably).
