Biclowne Café — Restaurant in Paris

My wife found herself estranged from her friends in Paris last night, and pleaded with the staff of this bar to call her a taxi, as she was lost in a strange and unfamiliar city in the pouring rain,trying to get to her hotel safely.

She was treat like a stray dog and sent out after being refused!

For a business in a multicultural city, one of which heavily relies on tourism ,I find it a disgrace that the staff done this. The person in question spoke good English, and they’re is absolutely without doubt, no excuse that this business acted in such a poor manner.

I wish I was in the city myself in order for me to visit the place and speak with the owners directly.

Incase the establishment do wonder…. She got home safe after your neighbour came outside and waved a taxi down and translated for my wife to get her home safe.

May that man be saluted for his efforts, shame on the staff here for their lack of humanity! One star is one too many for my review,but seemingly no star review isn’t possible. Bare in mind,it was someone’s safety at steak here!...

Très déçu de cet endroit, même si l'environnement était agréable et invitant à s'asseoir. Déjà à l'entrée nous avons demandé si nous pouvions avoir deux cappuccinos. Quand le serveur est venu à notre table, c'était agréable de constater qu'il n'avait pas oublié que nous étions venus boire 2 cappuccinos. Nous avons immédiatement eu deux grandes tasses sur la table. Leur contenu ne ressemblait pas trop au cappuccino. Après l'avoir goûté, nous avons découvert qu'il contenait du chocolat chaud de mauvaise qualité. Mais elle nous a quand même réchauffé dans le froid de l'après-midi. C'est pourquoi j'ai préparé ma carte de paiement et un pourboire de 2 €. Le serveur a dit désagréablement que 2 cappuccinos coûtaient 8 € et que les cartes pouvaient être utilisées à partir de 10 € (ce n'était pas marqué à l'entrée). Alors j'ai sorti un billet de 10 € et j'ai dit que nous n'avions pas de cappuccino, mais du chocolat chaud. Au lieu de s'excuser, le garçon a immédiatement répondu que cela coûterait 9 € et n'a même pas pris la peine de me rembourser 1 €. Et nous a crié moqueusement dankeschön en allemand. C'est certain que je ne reviendrai pas ici, même si je suis parisienne. De plus, il y a de nombreux restaurants et cafés agréables...

Staff was super friendly and were so kind to speak english with us as we aren't great french speakers. Had the best pizza margeritha ever and a lovely, gigantic tiramisu. They even played NCT dream music for us because they noticed we were fans going to their concert in zenith nearby. If I ever have the chance to visit Paris once more I will surely come again ♡♡ love from...
