Shortly: a nice, well organized place for concerts. A small complaint about the cymbals' sound. Now in details... A metro line leads you quickly to La Villette park. After a 5-minute walk you are in the front of the famous Zenith concert hall. Everything is well organized there. The security check was fast, there are enough doors to enter quickly. The working guy was very pleasant to take us to our seats directly. The hall is relatively small compared to modern halls, but all seats are well placed and the height between the rows is small, so you aren't afraid when you walk on the stairs between the rows. At the same time the view is perfect. It's the best concert hall that I've ever seen. You must buy tickets online for all major events, sometimes in the first days when the selling starts. Beware! There are some spurious guys in the park, who are selling tickets. I don't know if tickets are valid or not. It was a major heavy metal concert and the audience was gathered across the whole of Europe. Despite my expectation, the people were pretty cold, they behaved as if it were a classic music concert. They sat all the time, even those near the stage didn't jump. Only about 50 fans really had fun. So, the atmosphere wasn't so hot. You will wait a lot in the queue if you want to buy some drinks in a pause, if any. The ventilation system worked well, there was enough oxygen all the time. The sound wasn't perfect (at least at my place), I expected more. The bass was correct, the voice was mostly loud and clear, but higher tones had problems, mostly noticeable with cymbals. The Paris metro works at least till 1AM (written in April 2024, please check!) so there is plenty of time to return to your...

While the event management was top-notch, there were some areas that could use improvement.

Firstly, I found the seats to be less comfortable than expected, which detracted from my enjoyment of the event. Additionally, the food and drink stand could have been more efficient, as my friends and I had to wait quite a while despite being first in line.

That being said, the event itself was well-organized and enjoyable. We watched Waly Dia and were thoroughly entertained. Le Zénith is a great venue for events, concerts, and performances, and the sound system was impressive.

To improve the experience, I would suggest upgrading the seating for added comfort and investing in more efficient food and drink service. These small changes would make a big difference.

Le Zénith is a recognized facility for hosting major events, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the event management. However, with some tweaks to improve the comfort and convenience of visitors, it could be even better.

Overall, I would recommend Le Zénith to those interested in attending events in Paris, but with the caveat that there is room for improvement. If the necessary changes are made, I would be more than happy to return in the future. Thank you for reading, and...

This review is mainly for the Zenith ticket office manager present on site on Dec 10th 2022 for the 17h30 'Disney sur Glace' show. We had our tickets booked through Ticketmaster. For this show the e-ticket is not available and there was some sort of mistake with the postal delivery. We didn't receive the tickets in time for the show - hence we had no tickets, only a Ticketmaster confirmation, a receipt and a postal tracking code showing that our tickets were still with the postal office. As my kids were very disappointed, we decided to still go to the show and try to solve this directly with Zenith. We were aware that we might not solve anything there and spend 1hr in traffic for nothing. The Zenith staff were great - they listened to us and although they couldn't get in contact with Ticketmaster to get confirmation of our booking, they decided to use the documents we had as proof and reissue duplicate tickets for us, trusting our story and placing our experience above the standard procedures. As one can imagine, that made the difference between a very disappointing experience and a great one. They also solved an incoming conflictual situation with an unhappy long term customer for their partner....

Great venue for live music! Be warned though, like other reviews say, it gets really, really warm in there... There are plenty of bars to get soft and alcoholic drinks, serving beer, cocktails, and coca cola etc. The food options were limited to crisps (chips), hotdogs and wraps but they looked okay. It is easy to access the bars from the venue area itself. There is a standing area for a few hundred people, and then there is seating wrapped around this in front of the stage. From the middle section you get a great view and because the seating is incrementally tiered for each row everyone gets a great view. I don't know what the view from the sides is like though... Everyone was standing up soon after the main band came on and it was a great atmosphere. It did get really hot (June) and some little portable electric fans work well here. Getting to the venue is really easy from the nearest metro station, and it was a simple five minute walk to the entrance. There are bars and restaurants around the venue in the park area around it but I didn't go here. I would definitely go back to the Zenith for a gig in the future.
