Gourmet Tsingtao (巷子深） — Restaurant in Paris

Amazing amazing food!!! My husband and I happened to come across this hidden gem on Christmas eve, and ended up coming back again to eat on Christmas day because it was so so good!!!

The fish with spicy sauce (水煮魚) is the best I've had in France, fish is so soft and just the right amount of spice and flavour. YUM!!!

The lamb with cumin was also amazing, as well as the hot and sour soup (酸辣湯) which my husband was very impressed by. It was just the right amount of sour, and the right amount of spice. Everything was amazing, the boss is very nice and they have a very very well behaved dog who stays upstairs when there are customers 🥹 so so cute!!! And the home made soy milk is also amazing and has rich texture.

I wrote a great review for this restaurant back in 2020, and I'm happy to report that the quality and service are just as outstanding four years later. I still can’t get enough of their garlic eggplants—they're simply divine! The sautéed cabbage is always a fresh, flavorful choice, and you can’t go wrong with the sweet and sour pork.

I've eaten here 3 times over the past month. The service is great, very friendly and attentive. The food is good, you receive a good portion, well worth the price. The menu midi is a great option. I ordered the nouilles sautées végétariennes with a potage pékinois and have always enjoyed it. The nems au poulet and riz cantonais are also quite good. A nice place to eat by yourself in peace, or even for small groups. I would recommend this restaurant and plan to continue going...
