Short story: despite a good dish the owner tried to steal money from us. She will be very kind to clients she likes probably but she decided to snap at us constantly for no reason. / Long story: The woman who runs this place scams people. All the bad reviews you see are people who have been scammed and who have been scolded at for no reason. She tried to steal 10 euros from us for the mess we left because we were eating with a 1 year old and 3 year old and they spilled crumbs (maybe donât run a restaurant if you canât handle it?). We were 3 adults sharing 2 expensive meals and an overpriced muffin and two coffees and she charged us 52 euros with an imaginary extra 10 euros for a âcocktailâ. We returned to get refunded and she even tried to justify it because of the crumbs. She said âI added 10 euros because of the mess you leftâ â acknowledging this theft. Imagine you were charged 10 euros extra everywhere you ate because you or your kids left crumbs on the floor? Completely absurd. She chooses to run the place this way scamming those she doesnât like. She was super nice to the table next to us and actually telling them she didnât like our table⊠?! We even apologised and mentioned the food was good and she said she didnât appreciate our âpicnicâ (because we shared âŠ.) and that the crumbs were not âseriousâ â I think some people should change careers if they canât handle the most mundane happenings of a restaurant, and be the opposite of kind. Especially if...
Read moreWe just wanted viennoisseries and she charged 6 euros for a pretty cold and not so fresh croissant and pain au Chocolat. I am sure I can get far better ones at Cedric's considering the amount I paid here. But this was totally not worth it. She thought we are tourist and over charged us. I wish you were more considerate and bit practical considering your quality of food. And reading the other reviews it's just a pattern of the lady at the story. She just knows how to rip you off. Avoid the place if you can. Not at...
